Silk Tie Pant

Horrible in varied lightning...

The idea and basic building of this outfit is great, and the textures make the outfit a nice casual outfit to use in a casual environment. It has, however, a horrible look in varied lightning. First, the missing joints become totally visible, even to people who don't know about them. Second, the torso has normal problems at multiple spots, which are very visible in darkness. Otherwise, the meshes are nice, and the head looks fine. I don't like the hands very much, they appear to be too small. The pants hang WAY too low on Lara's leg, making them a bit hard to use in reality. Also, don't use this outfit in a level with water, as the pants go into eachother all the time.

Classic Guns

Ugh! No good.
Quality

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who needs old Tomb Raider guns. First, most of the guns appear badly on ground and in the inventory, especially the harpoon gun. Second, there are no custom ammo objects included, which drives the quality down. Third, though most animatios work, when Lara has the weapons "on her back", they appear in the middle of her, because they haven't been reassigned. There are also no holsters included. Overall, I get the impression that this was thrown together in a hurry, as many textures are badly placed and incorrect, and well as the problems listed above. This drives the useability down to a low. I would advice an update of this object, with all problems fixed.

I think this was a nice idea, and quite well done. I liked the new head, she looks Chinese, but that gives her a new appearance. I especially liked the way the scream head matched the normal head. I only found a few issues with this. First, there were badly applied shine effects on the pelvis and shorts, as well as the fact that they resembled the sky. There were also a few badly rotated textures here and there. But a nice outfit never the less, and useful for quite a few terrains.

I liked the overall appearance of this outfit. The head and torso meshes were great, and the pants looked very realistic (they were from AoD, of course). I didn't like the back pockets though, they were too small and narrow. The useability is at a max for this outfit, as it can be used many places. The originality is a bit low, due to the number of Next Generation outfits. About the quality, no ponytail or neck bugs, but this outfit has those weird arm meshes that have the hand joints attached directly onto them. This doesn't make the meshes better, it only creates gaps between the hands and the arms. The pistols have one corrupted texture. As for the rest of the textures, very good, but a little plain here and there.

Well, it's another pajama based on the Tomb Raider movie, with a few twists. The head is okay, although not too interesting. The torso is the same as TR_Nut's, except there are no credits. The textures are fortunately not too plain, and look like real fabric, but still a bit boring. It's doesn't really look like the movie pajama, but if you want a bit different one, you can use this. I still haven't found out why people use those weird arms with the joints attached right onto them, they make the quality worse, in my opinion. Not too much of a problem though.

When I created my AoD Outfit line, I hoped it would be the end of AoD outfits. Well, here's another one. I did a search on the SE, and found that in addition to this one, there are 12 other AoD Shorts outfits here... The originality is at an all time low. The quality, however, is excellent, and it actually has some tiny new parts, like the holsters, and end of the shorts. The useability is also great, as it's a short outfit. One thing I didn't like about the meshes was the way that the arms and hands, and legs and feet were built up in the joining places. I have no idea why the joints were removed, but it causes the arms to get corrupted texturing when Lara draws her guns, and the feet have a weird joint in varied lightning. The textures are great, though it bores my eyes after seeing so many of them. If you want an AoD shorts outfit, you should use either this one or mine (not to brag!).

This is by far the best Angelina Jolie outfit ever created. It looks almost exactly like her! I like the way the swimsuit is made, and the shiny effect improves it, even though it doesn't appear at the joints. I like the single holster on the side, and all the small details in the outfit makes it worth the download. The gun animations look good, though I prefer the high quality ones. No bugs in this outfit, and a good job!

Well, works allright.
Quality

Since this is only extracted from TRC, there's really not much to say about it. But the quality is good. Useability is low though, as it won't fit any levels except deep underwater levels (there's a whale there!).

It's nice to see some casual outfits, and this one is surely classified as one, because of the cool pants. The shirt looked good, and the new textures gave it a nice appearance. Some of the pant textures were maybe a little big. The meshes looked really good, and solidified the textures. The hands are made in a weird way... One has the hand joint attached directly onto it, and the other has a black joint, that causes hand joint problems when Lara draws her guns. Still, this is a good outfit, and I give it 8.8/10 Edited by MrNiceGuy

AOD Wetsuit

Ugh... Poor.

Sorry, but this is no good. The picture was eye candy, and I was expecting something much better than my own AoD Wetsuit. Sadly, this picture was not true to the Lara model, as it was horrible. The textures are plain and boring, and don't match the AoD Wetsuit by far. The backpack texture was cornchild's, but, of course, you couldn't know that, but it's good that people remember to credit! The meshes are very, very poor. The knife appeared to be floating in the huge "holster" on Lara's leg, and the gunbelt stuck into Lara's pelvis... The head was trangel's, and the sunglasses had simply been retextured to be transparent. Though the outfit doesn't have any ponytail or neck problems (great!), it still has the hand joint problem that appears when not combining gun animations and hands correctly. If you need an AoD Wetsuit, I advice to pick another one. Sorry.

This is a near perfect conversion of the diving suit from TRC. The underwater animations look great, except the bubbles won't appear from her swimming unit, but from her mouth... Also, her head looks weird when the interor of the helmet is not black, and it sticks through the helmet when she's swimming. Her meshes stick through walls sometimes, and the shotgun and crosbow are placed deep into her back when holstered. They should have been made transparent, and the holsters should have been included in the WAD (transparent). But, this would fit both underwater and space levels well, though it's a little weird that Lara can stand and move perfectly with the heavy diving suit... Not too much of a problem though.

This outfit was nice overall, with no bugs or light problems, but the "jacket" often sticks through her legs, and her feet sometimes go through her pants. That's not too much of a problem though, but what I didn't like was that neither cornchild, trangel nor me were credited for some of the textures. Also, her holstered guns look too fat and weird, and don't look like the guns she has in her hands. But overall, this is a very good casual outfit, minus the holsters.

TR3 Casual
by BARRY
Not quite casual, but very good.
Quality

This is definetelly not casual. I would refer to it as action, but that's just a sidenote. For the outfit itself, I have to say it's a very good TR3 rip, with no bugs, except the texturing on the hands, which are not correctly applied at some places.

TR1 Casual

Nice rip, but...
Quality

I really like good rips from the old games. This is a really good one, but this being a TR1 outfit, it's not fully compatible with Lara's moves. Especially when swimming, when her hair sticks through her back and her neck gets sepapated from her head. Also, she hasn't her guns from TR1, but that's not too much of a problem. Though her holsters haven't been correctly replaced. But otherwise, this is worth the small download.

Catsuit ver 1

Better than the other ones!

There are plenty of catsuits on the SE. This one stands out a little though, as it has no problems with the pelvis, and no skin_joints. The fact that there are no skin_joints would usually be bad, but I hardly noticed that they were gone. I still noticed that she looks a bit weird underwater, as the neck gets separated from her head, and the legs separates a little from her pelvis. The torch animation is weird. First, she holds it at a horrible angle. Second, she holds it facing the wrong way, and three, it sticks into her elbow. The Timex is nice, though I don't understand why it would replace the compass as well... Overall, this is a good choice if you want a TRC catsuit for Lara!
