There are only a few things not so good in this outfit. The orange of the antartica shirt is still visible below her tibetan outfit. It looks like the top of lara is made of the tibet meshes and the bottom of antartica meshes, which has the problem that the top and bottom of an outfit is in the middle of the first mesh. And that's the problem of this outfit. That mesh is not a combination of both, but the antartica one. And that makes the antartica shirt still visible.
I didn't like the textures of this outfit. The white part of the outfit (looks blue on screenshot) is totaly made of 1 texture. I think it would look better if more textures are used, just to make some structure in the clothes.
But the head mesh looks great. On every new version of this outfit the head is even better. And this time it also had new hands, but when she takes out her guns, the old hands are back again :(.
And you can't swim in this outfit. The LARA object which is included with this version does not include the swimming animation (was the same in version 3).
The meshes and textures are very good. The head mesh looks great, unless you take out your guns. The gun animations are missing in this outfit, which makes the head connected with the hand when you take out a gun. But except that, it's a great outfit. And that problem can be fixed by using the gun animations from the sola wetsuit by Larzbritsh.
The dress mesh is not very well builded. In game some other meshes come through the dress. And the inside of the dress is missing. It should have double sided textures cause the dress is open on 1 side, but that's missing on some places.
The head mesh is, except 1 wrong texture, very nice.
One more thing: if you use new hand meshes in an outfit, it's a good idea to include the gun animations. Cause now you must use these from larzbritsh's sola wetsuit, but then the textures are a bit differend when you switch guns. And new trle users don't know the hands problem and won't use the outfit.
The only thing I didn't like about this enemy is the way he shoots. All other things are great. He has great textures and good meshes (the meshes look like some tr5 meshes).
Larson is back, but it looks like is not recovered after he was smacked to the ground in trc. The way he holds his hands does not look very correct. I tried to do this myself, but I only could do it for 10 seconds. He also holds his gun very stupid, and different then in trc.
And he runs very slow. The running speed is set to 39, while the trc larson runs at a speed of 69. And when you stop running, he is missing the run to stand anim.
So to make him correct, nearly all animations need to be updated.
I once made a train level, and this was the only thing that was missing. It's working correctly, except that it does not directly kill lara like in tr3.
But there is 1 big problem of it: it only works in the room where it's placed. It can drive into another room, but then it's not visible anymore unless lara looks in the direction of the starting room. So you can't have the train pass a platform while lara stands on it. You must use it in a tunnel to avoid lara going in.
Well, the most importent thing for original wads is that the objects are all included. And that was almost correctly. All static and animating objects were present. But that was all. Maybe it was because the tools we have now were not available when this one was made (This item is here since the beginning of this site). Cause the outfit was not included and the enemies did not work (except 1). A report of enemies (the download button brings you to a working one):
The outfit is very well retextured. The pants look great if you are in a light room. But it seems not much time is used for the meshes. But I don't know if remeshing outfits was possible in the time this one was created.
And, it does not have anything to do with the outfit, but maybe it's nice to get a wad and not a exe file to patch catacombs when you download it.
There have been many aod outfits, but this one is special because of the new head mesh. She still looks like Lara, but different. She is serius and ready for fast action. The clothes also look nice.
Lots of new meshes and textures were made for this outfit, but that makes the outfit nice.
The textures on the upper part of her body are good, but the pants, feets and hands are solid. They need some textures too.
A X-Mas cap on her head is missing, and I think the clothes are to cold for a X-Mas night. She will freeze to dead when she wears this in the snow.
But the outfit is a good idea and looks good in winter levels. Now someone must make a Rudolf vehicle.
The outfit has good textures. Even the logo is on the shirt. Only the hands doesn't fit the outfit. A little changing on the hands will make it better. And some new meshes maybe?
