Icy Spikes by Level NextGen

I've also included two new sounds for the falling
ceilling object. You just have to copy them in the sample folder of TRLE and copy the lines which are in the README file. You have to read it!!
Textures come from Eidos TRUnderworld, meshes are made by me, so credit Eidos and me!
