Description
This is a dynamic looking water texture made by me. Looks a tad trippy, but works wonders once applied.

For best results, apply it double-sided to both the top and bottom layers of your water portal with the top applied sequentially like classic TR and the bottom rotated 90 degrees and wallpapered. (Use >24fps)
