These are original items from TR3 / 4 with remixed textures for a fresh look. They include large and small medipacks with red crosses, a black compass, beta flares from TR4's Valley Temple level, and totally retextured TR3 Browning Hi-Power pistols, the same model that appears in FMVs in the first few games. These objects are not HD, and the pistols go with original Lara's hands. They are meant to blend in with classic textures and objects.
