This is a yellow car in the Moving Blade-Slot. When triggered, the engine is turned on and it moves forward fast.
It only stops when antitriggered. Make sure you copy the chains.wav into your Samples folder.

When doing the sounds.txt for your level, find the JEEP_START entry and activate it for your level.
Then find the CHAINS_LIBRARY entry and replace it with this one:
CHAINS_LIBRARY: chains VOL70 PIT-10 RAD13 #g

The object is based on the little car from TR3 Gold.
I just modified the mesh and textures and animated it.
