A Halloween Packakge which contains my dead trees and some animated fluids effects with a complete TGA with some

Note: The 2 waterfalls are needed in your wad if you want a proper animated horizon and steam effect
Plus ColAddHorizon= Enabled in your script
You can also have clouds in sky, you just need to set transparency to horizon top and add Layer1 = R, G, B, Speed (I set opacity because without sky some weird lines can be seen). I think Layer2 should be avoided
