Evening Ripped- Next Gen by Horus-Goddess

I've always wanted to make this outfit even though I knew I wouldn't be able to get the skirt to animate. Despite this, I went ahead and did it anyway. :) In this set are the Next Gen dresses. The original black dress (with blue tint) and the Secret Dragon version! Special thanks to PoYu for ripping the textures for the Dragon one. :)
