Classic Croft - The New Raider by MaskedRaider

This is one outfit everyone should have! It can be used anywhere, and it definately replaces the original outfit. Originality was the only place I couldn't give you a perfect ten because it does have elements from Lara's different outfits through out the years, but you have made it completely your own... consider this 9 like a 9.8 near perfect The textures were perfect! The shirt was had some of the best texturing I've ever seen in an outfit. The only problems that I had were that the shorts were pretty much all the same texture, but you can hardly tell that in-game so you still get a 10 here. I found no problems with the meshes so 10 This is a great outfit and I reccamend it to anyone! One more thing... I'm not going to mark you down for it, but I prefer darker hair. I'll change that myslef though :P

As I started testing this outfit, I noticed a lot of things that you haved improved on. Congrats you are learning a lot of new techniques to improving your lara. i did notice some things that might improve your oufit. How I scored you... Original:7/10 It's good that you wanted to give a try on the old lara, but there are enough classic outfits out on the search engine that stand out above this one. You could of changed her top like a one strap shirt, maybe showed here stomach..etc and still gave it a classic feel. Quality:5/10 the quality of this oufit is pretty average, the textures are smooth, like where the head meets the neck. The short textures were a bit all over the place. i didn't really understand the pattern... Useable:10/10 it can be used anywhere... Textures:5/10 as stated before some of the textures did not flow together, giving it a rushed feel to the outfit. The face textures were a bit freaky looking, blotchy does not suit lara ;) i think using the textures from Legend and Anniversary would of help with the skin, because skin is a hard thing to recreate and Crystal Dynamics has done a wonderful job creating good lara skin textures. The boots could of used a bit more time again the orignal textures from legend would been best. The backpack textures were too outof place, you had brown then black...it was an unatural look to the backpack. Laras arm textures just stop at the forearms, which looked a bit strange. The textures needed a lot of work but i did some improvement from the last outfit. Meshes:8/10 I thought you did a wonderful job on some of the meshes, Lara body shape is almost perfect, the hair mesh looked a bit unatural, i've never seen hair just drapped in front of the face. There is a way to show a feeling of movement without actucally moving the hair, just look at some of the work of po yu's mine or horus goddess. the boots good try they were really different. Overall: Good but not great there are still many things that could be touched up. If i were you i would of released it first as a beta and asked for comments before the official release(which i plan on doing with my outfit) just so people can get a feel for it in the beta stages, that way they can give you the most useful comments. I hope this helps if you need any help i don't mind give you tips on texturing and mesh creation. keep growing asa creator and i'm looking foward to the next release from you TRANGEL

This outfit is amazing, I tested it in spectrum, looks good both in game and strpix. Quality: there are no bugs I could saw. Usable: it's usable simply everywhere. Textures: Textures had amazed me. They look awesome. I love the shirt texture, cause it looks very realistic and detailed. Also, that little hang bad is also realistic... Though, front of shorts looks a bit weird, and when she screaming, it looks like she has some broken teethes. But, those are really small things hard to notice. And one more thing. Texture in back of upper hand... well, looks a bit weird, but in game it's hard to notice, so it's ok to me. Meshes: they are fantastic. Again, chest mesh is really good and detailed. Face is lovely, but I would make the cheek a bit more smooth if you know what I mean. But that's just advice, it doesn't make it less realistic. Nice to see that lighting is well done. Spectrum has really big mix of colors and they looks good on your outfit... Overall, this outfit is gorgeous. I like the way you do it. Don't let the comments to stop you building like they did to me, lol. Difference between you and some other outfit builders is that you have talent, now you need just a bit more practice.

[b]Quality: 10/10[/b] The quality of the outfit is truly amazing! Everything looks wonderfully HQ in game. [b]Usability: 10/10[/b] Where can\'t you use this great outfit? [b]Custom Textures: 10/10[/b] Lara\'s shirt textures are so detailed an realistic, it\'s great. I really like the new boot and backpack textures as well. The guns are spectacular looking!! Lara\'s glove textures are a little choppy looking, but I\'m not going to dock any points for something as minor as that. [b]Custom Meshes: 10/10[/b] I couldn\'t decide to give you a 10 here or a 9, but I decided you deserve a 10. The only problem I have with the outfits meshes is the head. Lara\'s hair is a bit too flat looking, like it\'s stuck to her head. And her hair does seem to be hanging in front of her eyes and not pushed back. A long awaited outfit, but I asure you, this outfit was worth the wait! 10/10 for originality since the outfit was not a direct copy of anything, and it has lots of nice little touches. 10/10 for quality, since there is nothing wrong I can really find with it, and it has high quality 10/10 for usable, because this outfit can be used in any level 10/10 for custom textures, the textures on this outfit are beautiful! 10/10 for custom meshes, since the head, and all of her body look very nice! Overall, this is an excellent outfit! I use the green bobble and the Anniversary hair since I won the competition on TRF.
